Areas of fog will be locally dense through early morning... with
visibilities of a quarter mile or less in localized pockets across
south central Kentucky. Motorists should remain alert for rapid
changes in visibility.

Visibilities should begin to improve around daybreak as a band of
rain moves from north to south across the area.
