Streams, creeks and larger rivers will also flood.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Fort Wayne, Lima, Marion, Logansport, Huntington, New Haven, Peru,
Van Wert, Wabash, Bluffton, Decatur, Delphos, Portland, Hartford
City, Gas City, Ottawa, Berne, Upland, Ossian and Fairmount.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
