The Flood Warning continues for
the White River at Spencer.
* Until further notice.
* At 10:30 PM Thursday the stage was 14.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 19.6 feet by
Monday morning then begin falling.
* At 20.0 feet... Hyden Road, fifth Avenue, and west side of Cooper
street in southern Spencer begin to flood.

the White River below Eagle Valley Power Plant.
* Until Thursday March 01.
* Flood stage is 603.0 feet.
* Forecast... the river is forecast to have a maximum value of 605.5
feet early Sunday morning.
* At 607.0 feet... extensive flooding of agricultural lands. Blue
Bluff and Paragon roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a few
homes in Waverly.

the White River near Centerton.
* Until further notice.
* At 8:00 PM Thursday the stage was 11.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by tonight and continue to rise
to near 14.8 feet by early Sunday morning.
* At 15.3 feet... extensive flooding of agricultural lands. Blue Bluff
and Paragon roads are impassable. Flood waters affect a few homes
in Waverly.

... Flood Watch remains in effect through Sunday morning...

The Flood Watch continues for

* portions of central Indiana, east central Indiana, south
central Indiana, southeast Indiana, southwest Indiana, and
west central Indiana, including the following areas, in
central Indiana, Bartholomew, Decatur, Hancock, Hendricks,
Johnson, Marion, Morgan, rush, and Shelby. In east central
Indiana, Henry. In south central Indiana, Brown, Jackson,
Lawrence, and Monroe. In southeast Indiana, Jennings. In
southwest Indiana, Daviess, Greene, Knox, Martin, and
Sullivan. In west central Indiana, Clay, Owen, Putnam, and
Vigo.

* Through Sunday morning

* rainfall of 2 to 3 inches is expected through Sunday morning,
in areas that have already received as much as 4 inches of
rainfall in the last week. This will likely worsen flooding on
area waterways and lead to flooding of other streams, low lying
areas, and poor drainage areas.
