The National Weather Service in Paducah has issued a dense fog
advisory... which is in effect until 8 am CDT this morning. This
advisory covers southwest Indiana... west of a line from Winslow to
Newburgh... and in west Kentucky... west of a line from Henderson to

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
For the heat advisory... take extra precautions... if you work or
spend time outside. When possible... reschedule strenuous
activities to early morning or evening. Know the signs and
symptoms of heat exhaustion and heat stroke. Wear light weight and
loose fitting clothing when possible and drink plenty of water.
