through Friday afternoon...

* lake effect snow will increase in intensity late Wednesday
night... and continue through Thursday and Friday.

* Snow accumulations in excess of 6 inches are likely across parts
of northwest lower Michigan.

* Expect periods of significantly reduced visibility... especially
Thursday and Thursday night when the worst conditions are
