* what... freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of one
tenth to near one quarter of an inch are expected.

* Where... central to northern to western, and southwestern Iowa.

* When... until noon CST Tuesday.

* Additional details... the ice will result in difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute tomorrow
morning. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times. Power
lines and tree limbs may become damaged or down from ice
accumulation and winds of 10 to 20 mph into Tuesday afternoon.
