evening...

* timing... periods of snow today through late afternoon.

* Snow accumulations... storm totals of 3 to 7 inches.

* Wind... south 10 to 15 mph.

* Temperatures... in the upper 20s to lower 30s.

* Impacts... moderate to briefly heavy snowfall will create
hazardous travel conditions over the area... and will reduce
visibility to under 1 mile at times.
