... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 am to noon
CST Thursday...

* what... mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet
accumulations of up to one half inch and ice accumulations of
up to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... portions of northeast Missouri, southeast Iowa and
west central Illinois.

* When... from 4 am to noon CST Thursday.

* Additional details... the ice will result in difficult travel
conditions, including during the morning commute on Thursday.
Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.

* Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast, rise above flood stage Friday morning... and continue
rising to 10.7 feet Saturday morning. Fall below flood stage
Sunday.
* This forecast is based on routed flow from upstream in combination
with forecast rainfall. Consequently there is limited confidence
in the river reaching flood stage.
