Fog will be dense at times over portions of eastern Iowa and
northwest Illinois late this morning. Visibilities will be below
one quarter mile at times.

Motorists should drive with extra caution and allow additional
travel time. Be prepared for rapidly changing visibilities. Use
low beam headlights, reduce speed, and allow for plenty of room
between you and other vehicles.
