* Forecast... rise above flood stage this evening... and continue
rising to 18.5 feet Sunday morning.
* Impact... at 18.0 feet... water affects most of the Riverside Park
parking lot.

the Cedar River near Conesville.
* Until further notice.
* At 10:00 am Tuesday the stage was 14.6 feet... and rising.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and major flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise to 17.8 feet Friday morning... then begin falling.
* Impact... at 17.0 feet... water affects permanent structures and
roads in campgrounds just north of I-80 along the river. Water is
also on the lowest areas of Atalissa Road.

... Very high fire danger for agriculture field fires this afternoon...

Low relative humidity... west to northwest winds of 15 to 25 mph
with gusts to around 30 mph... and nearly cured agricultural fields
will combine to produce very high fire danger this afternoon. If
an agricultural field were to catch fire... weather conditions are
such that the fires could spread quickly. These gusty winds will
diminish by late this afternoon.
