... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST early
this morning...

A Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST early
this morning.

* Timing... into early this morning.

* Ice... ice is not expected on elevated surfaces.
However... pavement temperatures will remain around
freezing... resulting in hazardous travel on untreated area
roads. Secondary and less traveled roads are most prone to ice.
Sidewalks are solid ice in many areas.

* Impacts... hazardous and dangerous conditions on untreated roads
and sidewalks.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads and
limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
