... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 2 am to 6 PM
CST Wednesday...

* light drizzle or freezing drizzle will develop later this evening...
with snow arriving shortly after midnight. The heaviest snowfall is
expected late tonight into Wednesday morning.

* Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected by Wednesday
evening. A light glaze of ice may precede the snowfall due to
freezing drizzle.

* Untreated roads are expected to become snow covered and slippery
late tonight into Wednesday night... including the Wednesday morning
commute to work and school.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means that periods of snow
will cause some travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.
