... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 9 PM this evening to
6 PM CST Tuesday...

* what... periods of rain today, with a change to freezing rain
expected. Total ice accumulation of one to two-tenths of an
inch is expected, but total ice amounts will depend on how fast
temperatures drop below freezing tonight.

* Where... portions of southwest Wisconsin and northeast Iowa.

* When... from 9 PM this evening to 6 PM CST Tuesday.

* Additional details... some power outages and tree damage are
possible due to the ice. Hazardous travel expected where
freezing rain occurs, especially during the morning commute
Tuesday.
