... The Flood Warning continues for
the Minnesota river at Mankato.
* Until Friday night.
* At 8:30 PM Tuesday the stage was 19.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 22.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by Thursday afternoon and
continue to rise to near 22.2 feet by Friday morning. The
river will fall below flood stage by Friday afternoon.
* Impact... at 21.0 feet... dike patrolling begins in Mankato.
