afternoon to 6 PM CST Wednesday...

* timing... light snow will spread into the area after 3 PM and
become heavier this evening.

* Main impact... accumulating snow from 7 to 11 inches is likely
and will make for difficult travel

* other impacts... blowing and drifting snow with low
visibilities possible Wednesday
