... Wind Advisory remains in effect from 10 am this morning to
7 PM CDT this evening...

* timing... winds will increase Monday morning and continue to
increase through the day. Strong winds will briefly subside in
the evening hours, but it's possible that winds may again
increase by midnight.

* Winds... sustained winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph are
possible.

* Impacts... strong winds will blow around unsecured objects.
Travel may be difficult for high profile vehicles. Fire danger
may be enhanced in agricultural fields.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory is issued when sustained winds are forecast to be
31 to 39 mph or gusts will range between 46 and 57 mph. Winds of
these magnitudes may cause minor property damage without extra
precautions. Motorists in high profile vehicles should use
caution until the winds subside.
