... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM CST this
afternoon...

* what... rain and freezing rain occurring. As of 1230am,
temperatures are above freezing, with only patchy slippery
conditions on sidewalks, roads, and bridges. Dropping
temperatures in the morning will cause wet roads to freeze. North
winds gusting up to 55 mph will develop this morning, lasting
into Wednesday afternoon. These winds will combine with some
light falling snow to produce visibilities less than a half mile
at times, especially in open country.

* Where... portions of northwest and west central Minnesota and
southeast North Dakota.

* When... until 3 PM CST this afternoon.
