... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 10 PM this evening to
3 PM CST Wednesday...

* what... freezing rain expected. The ice will result in difficult
travel conditions, including during the morning commute on
Wednesday. Total ice accumulations of around one tenth of an
inch are expected. North winds gusting up to 55 mph will follow
behind the freezing rain, lasting from late tonight into
Wednesday afternoon. These winds will combine with some light
falling snow to produce visibilities less than a half mile at
times, especially in open country.

* Where... portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast North
Dakota.

* When... from 10 PM this evening to 3 PM CST Wednesday.

* Additional details... any wet roads will freeze as temperatures
drop and winds increase on Wednesday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of freezing rain
will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
Slow down and use caution while driving. The latest Road
