the milk river at Saco.
* At 7:16 PM Saturday the stage was 23.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 23.4 feet by
after midnight tonight then begin falling.

The Flood Warning continues for
the milk river at Nashua.
* At 7:00 PM Saturday the stage was 18.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 20.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by tomorrow morning and continue
to rise to near 22.7 feet by Tuesday early morning. Additional
rises are possible thereafter.

The Flood Warning continues for
the milk river at Glasgow.
* At 7:00 PM Saturday the stage was 27.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 25.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 30.1 feet by
Sunday evening then begin falling.

* impact... at 30.0 feet... flood waters will begin to cover 6th Avenue
South West of the river. Storm drainage valves along Glasgow levee
will back-flood into the Southside of Glasgow if not closed.
Flooding begins on rahlf Lane off of Highway 24. Water reaches the
base of the Sullivan Park sign in Sullivan Park.

* Flood Warning for small streams for...
snowmelt in...
east central Phillips County in northeastern Montana...
west Central Valley County in northeastern Montana...

* until 330 am MDT Tuesday

* at 1140 am MDT, reporting gauges indicate the Beaver Creek
continues to rise slowly south of Saco.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Saco, Bowdoin, Sleeping Buffalo and content.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
