... High wind watch now in effect from Sunday afternoon through
late Sunday night...

* winds: southwest 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 60 mph.

* Timing: strong winds will increase Sunday, peaking in strength
Sunday night.

* Impacts: travel may be difficult, especially for high-profile
vehicles. Strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are possible.
