... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 900 PM CDT for
northern dupage... northeastern Kane... northwestern Cook and
southwestern lake counties...

At 414 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that had
produced heavy rain across the warned area had dissipated... with
light to moderate rain across portions of the area. Rainfall amounts
of up to two and a half inches of rain have already fallen based off
radar estimates and observer reports. Flash flooding is expected to
continue due to runoff from the heavy rainfall.
