* until 245 PM CST

* at 852 am CST, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two to three inches of
rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin
shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Lincoln, Mason City, Atlanta, Delavan, Minier, Hopedale, McLean,
Greenview, Green Valley, San Jose, Stanford, Emden, Armington,
Middletown, Easton, Hartsburg, Kilbourne, Beason, Oakford and New

Special Statement
Issued: 4:11 AM CST Nov. 18, 2017 – National Weather Service

A cold front will move southeast across central Illinois during
this morning, as strong low pressure over west central Missouri
deepens and lifts into Northeast Indiana by noon. Winds will
become northwest and increase to 20 to 30 mph with gusts of 35 to
45 mph from later this morning and through the afternoon. The
strongest winds will be along and south of a Canton to Bloomington
line, where wind gusts could approach 45 mph. Travel could be
difficult for high profile vehicles especially Crosswinds like
along I-55.
