southeastern Geary County in east central Kansas...
eastern Jackson County in northeastern Kansas...
southeastern Riley County in northeastern Kansas...
northwestern Osage County in east central Kansas...
Lyon County in east central Kansas...
southeastern Pottawatomie County in northeastern Kansas...

* until 615 am CDT

* at 1219 am CDT... law enforcement has reported several Road
closures in the warning area. Radar estimated an average of three
to six inches of rain has fallen resulting in flooding. Flood
waters will be slow to recede in the next several hours.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Topeka... Emporia... Holton... Council Grove... Rossville... Alma...
Eskridge... St. Marys... Dover... Silver Lake... Auburn... Americus...
