Franklin... Madison... Sebastian and Washington AR. In
Oklahoma... Adair... Cherokee... Choctaw... Haskell... Latimer... Le
Flore... McIntosh... Muskogee... Pittsburg... Pushmataha and
Sequoyah.

* Until 6 am CST Wednesday

* additional rainfall amounts up to an inch are possible.

* This additional rainfall will likely lead to flooding in some
low lying areas, including the potential for a few rivers to
reach flood stage.

A Flood Watch means there is a potential for flooding based on
current forecasts. Drainage ditches, creeks and other low lying
