6 am CST Wednesday...

* what... freezing rain expected. Total ice accumulations of a
light glaze up toward a tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... portions of east Central, Northeast and southeast
Oklahoma and northwest Arkansas.

* When... from 9 PM this evening to 6 am CST Wednesday.

* Additional details... the ice will result in very slippery
conditions on sidewalks, roads and bridges.

Oklahoma... Adair... Cherokee... Choctaw... Delaware... Haskell...
Latimer... Le Flore... Mayes... McIntosh... Muskogee... Ottawa...
Pittsburg... Pushmataha... Sequoyah and Wagoner.

* Through late tonight

* 2 to 4 inch rainfall totals are expected tonight through
Wednesday morning with locally higher amounts possible.

* This will likely lead to flooding in some low lying areas,
including the potential for a few rivers to reach flood stage.
