* a portion of west central Texas... including the following
areas... Coke... Crockett... Fisher... Irion... Nolan...
Schleicher... Sterling... Sutton and Tom Green.

* Through Monday morning

* rainfall amounts totaling 2 to 4 inches with locally higher
amounts possible.

* Heavy rainfall will lead to saturated soils and runoff that will
likely result in flooding of poor drainage and low lying areas
creeks... streams and street flooding.
