... Dense fog advisory in effect until 9 am MST this morning below
8000 feet...

The National Weather Service in Grand Junction has issued a dense
fog advisory below 8000 feet... which is in effect until 9 am MST
this morning.

* Visibility... less than 1/4 of a mile a times in dense fog mainly
in lower elevations near the Gunnison river from Gunnison to
Blue Mesa Reservoir.

* Impacts... reduced visibility will lead to hazardous travel
conditions and some freezing of ice on areas
bridges... overpasses and roadways.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
