5 am MST Sunday...

* timing... the strongest winds will arrive this afternoon and
continue through early Sunday morning.

* Winds... strong winds of 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 or
higher will be possible.

* Impacts... the strong winds could lead to isolated power
outages. The winds will also make driving hazardous...
especially on north-south running roads.
