northwestern Yuma County in southwestern Arizona...
eastern Riverside County in Southern California...
eastern Imperial County in southeastern California...

* until 715 am MST/715 am PDT/

* at 516 am MST/516 am PDT/... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due
to thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding
in the advisory area. One to one and a half inch of rain has

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flood Advisory means that some washes will be running... and

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most
flood deaths occur in vehicles.
