The National Weather Service in Las Vegas has cancelled the Wind
Advisory.

* Timing... winds will continue to decrease the rest of this
afternoon. Winds are expected to increase again Sunday... Peak
Sunday night before decreasing Monday afternoon.

* Winds... west to southwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts 35 to
45 mph.

* Impacts... strong winds will create difficult driving
conditions... especially for high-profile vehicles. This
includes interstates 15 and 40 through San Bernardino County.
Loose or unsecured objects and temporary structures may be
blown away or damaged.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Check Road conditions before departing and be prepared for sudden
strong Crosswinds. Secure any loose objects or temporary
structures.

Issued: 4:41 PM PST Jan. 21, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Gale Warning remains in effect until 4 am PST Tuesday...

* winds... northwest winds 10 to 15 kt through Sunday morning.
Then... increasing southerly winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts to 35
kt late Sunday morning... becoming southwest late Sunday
evening... west Monday morning... and then northwest Monday
night.

* Waves/seas... combined seas 10 to 15 feet... lowering to 8 to 13
feet tonight. Combined seas increasing again Sunday to 12 to 16
feet... with rough seas continuing through Monday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
Harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
