* Forecast... this river is forecast to rise to near 26.0 ft this
morning then forecast to fall below flood stage of 23.0 ft late
this morning then forecast to recede to near 10.0 ft early Friday
morning.
* Impacts... at 23.0 feet... flooding of Highway 128 approximately 5
