... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 am chst
Friday...

A Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 am chst Friday.

A building north swell is resulting in combined seas between
11 and 13 feet today. Seas should be peaking today and will then
gradually decline. Seas are expected to remain above advisory
levels through early Friday morning.

Northeast winds of 20 to 30 knots will continue within the
marianas waters. Starting Thursday... the winds will begin to
slowly subside.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels... should avoid sailing in these conditions.
