... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 PM akst
Tuesday...

* what... heavy snow and blowing snow with local blizzard
conditions expected. Travel will be very difficult to
impossible. Total snow accumulations of 8 inches.

* Where... southern Seward Peninsula coast.

* When... until 6 PM Tuesday. Conditions will improve this evening
as winds and snow decrease, but will get worse again early
Monday and remain very poor through Tuesday. The strongest winds
will be Monday through Tuesday.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 50 mph will cause
areas of blowing and drifting snow with low visibility.
