Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 4:51 AM PST Feb. 19, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until 8 am PST this morning...

The National Weather Service in Phoenix has issued a dense fog
advisory, which is in effect until 8 am PST this morning.

* Affected area... Imperial and eastern Riverside counties. This
includes the cities of el centro and Imperial, and areas along
Interstate 8 and Interstate 10.

* Visibility... near one quarter mile at times from patchy dense
fog.

* Impacts... the limited visibilities from the dense fog will
create hazardous driving conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving... slow down...
use your headlights... and leave plenty of distance between you
and the vehicle ahead of you.
