* what... dangerously cold wind chills expected. Very cold wind
chills expected. Freezing rain expected. The ice will result
in difficult travel conditions, including during the morning
commute on Wednesday. Expect wind chills to range from 25
above zero to 15 above zero. Expect wind chills to range from
30 above zero to 20 above zero. Total ice accumulations of up
to one tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... Starr, Hidalgo, inland Willacy and inland Cameron
County.

* When... for the wind chill warning, 10 PM this evening to noon
Wednesday. For the Wind Chill Advisory, 3 PM to 10 PM this

will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for slippery roads.
