* winds: southwest 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 80 mph.

* Timing: high winds will increase today, peaking in strength this
evening.

* Impacts: travel will be difficult, especially for high profile
vehicles. Visibility may be limited in some areas due to blowing
snow. Isolated to scattered property damage possible.
