... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 1115 PM EDT for
northwestern Camden... northern Burlington... east central Chester...
southeastern Bucks... Delaware... southeastern Montgomery and
Philadelphia counties...

At 834 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated the torrential rain
producing thunderstorms have moved out of the warned area, although
some additional showers and perhaps a thunderstorm are arriving from
the west. Runoff will continue for awhile longer and residual
flooding continues.

The level of Frankford and Pennypack creeks in Philadelphia County
have fallen back below flood stage.
