noon CST Thursday...

* what... a wintry mix of precipitation expected. Total snow
accumulations of up to two inches and ice accumulations of up to
one tenth of an inch are expected.

* Where... Russell, Lincoln, Barton, Ellsworth and Saline
counties.

* When... from 3 PM this afternoon to noon CST Thursday. The bulk
of the winter weather is expected tonight.

* Additional details... the snow and ice will result in difficult
travel conditions, including during the morning commute on
Thursday. Be prepared for reduced visibilities at times.
