Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 10:51 PM CST Jan. 20, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory in effect until 10 am CST Saturday...

The National Weather Service in Green Bay has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for freezing drizzle... which is in effect until
10 am CST Saturday.

* Drizzle and freezing drizzle is expected to increase in coverage
overnight into early Saturday morning. Although air temperatures
may be at or slightly above freezing, pavement temperatures are
expected to drop to around 30 degrees overnight.

* Dense fog may develop overnight and also coat surfaces with a
thin layer of ice. Visibilities in the dense fog may be reduced
to less than a quarter of a mile at times.

* A minor ice accumulation less than a tenth of an inch is expected.

* Untreated roads, bridges, parking lots and sidewalks may be
slick through mid morning on Saturday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory means that the combination of dense fog
and freezing drizzle will create hazardous conditions for motorists.
Roads may be become slippery with a thin layer of ice overnight
into Saturday morning. Use caution while driving. The latest Wisconsin
Road conditions can be obtained by calling 511.
