... A Tornado Warning remains in effect until 1115 am EST for north
central Leon... southwestern Thomas and southern Grady counties...

at 1103 am EST, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located 11 miles northeast of Havana, moving northeast at 45 mph.

Hazard... tornado and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated rotation.

Impact... flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
         shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
         to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
         likely.

This tornadic thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of
north central Leon... southwestern Thomas and southern Grady counties,
including the following locations: Moncrief, Reno, Rocky Hill,
princes still and Beachton.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Take cover now! Move to a basement or an interior room on the lowest
floor of a sturdy building. Avoid windows. If you are outdoors, in a
Mobile home, or in a vehicle, move to the closest substantial shelter
and protect yourself from flying debris.

possible with wind of this magnitude.

* winds... southwest 30 to 35 knots with gusts to 40 knots.

* Waves/seas... 10 to 15 feet with occasional seas up to 17 feet
offshore tonight and early Monday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 20 to 33 knots
are expected to produce hazardous wave conditions to small craft.
Inexperienced mariners... especially those operating smaller
vessels should avoid navigating in these conditions.

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
Harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.
