... Hard freeze warning remains in effect until 9 am CST this
morning...

* temperatures... a range 8 to 18 degrees is expected this morning.

* Impacts... prolonged exposure to these temperatures could
result in exposed water pipes freezing and possibly bursting,
as well as killing sensitive vegetation. Pets are also
vulnerable in the cold.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Please check on pets, the elderly, and those that may not have
heat.
