... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from midnight tonight to
noon akst Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Fairbanks has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory for wind chill which is in effect from midnight
tonight to noon akst Wednesday.

* Wind chill... 50 to 59 below.

* Timing... falling temperatures combined with increasing winds
this evening will produce low wind chills beginning around
midnight tonight. The low wind chill values will continue
through noon on Wednesday.

* Impacts... exposed flesh will freeze in a short time resulting in
frostbite.
