... High surf advisory remains in effect until 4 am akdt
Thursday...

* waves and surf... waves to 4 feet breaking just offshore
combined with a storm surge up to 3 feet will produce high
surf conditions.

* Timing... strong west winds will build the surf through the day
then turn from the south tonight and surf will diminish.

* Impacts... the high surf and elevated sea levels could cause
localized beach erosion.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A high surf advisory means that localized beach erosion is
expected. Precautions should be taken to protect property by
moving it to higher ground or protected areas.
