... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until noon akst
Friday...

* wind chill... near 50 below this evening.

* Snow... 4 to 7 inches.

* Blowing snow... reducing visibility to one half mile or less at
times.

* Winds... east 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 45 mph.

* Timing... conditions will deteriorate this evening and improve
early Friday as winds and snow diminish.

* Impacts... exposed flesh will freeze in a short time resulting
in frostbite. Visibility will be greatly reduced and snow will
accumulate into drifts. Whiteout conditions may occur. Travel
and outdoor activities will be difficult.
