... Blizzard Warning remains in effect until 6 am akst Friday...

* snow... 2 to 4 inches.

* Blowing snow... reducing visibility to one quarter mile or less.

* Winds... east to southeast 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* Timing... conditions will slowly improve overnight as the winds
and snow diminish.

* Impacts... visibility will be very poor and snow will
accumulate into drifts. Whiteout conditions should be
expected. Travel and outdoor activities will be difficult.
