... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am akst
Tuesday...

* what... strong winds and near blizzard conditions. Plan on
difficult travel conditions. Winds gusting to 60 mph are
expected. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 6 inches are
expected. Visibility will be near zero at times in snow and
blowing snow.

* Where... St Lawrence Island and Bering Strait coast.

* When... until 6 am Tuesday.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 60 mph will cause
areas of blowing and drifting snow. The strongest winds and
worst conditions are expected through the evening with
conditions improving tonight.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning for snow and blowing snow means severe
winter weather conditions are occurring. This will make travel
very hazardous or impossible.
