... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Thursday afternoon
through Friday afternoon...

* wind... east winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts to 60 mph with
strongest gusts near Cape Lisburne.

* Visibility... one half mile or less at times.

* Snow... 4 to 6 inches.

* Wind chill... around 55 below.

* Timing... winds and snow will increase Thursday afternoon and
will continue through Friday afternoon reducing visibility to
one half mile or less at times.

* Impacts... travel and outdoor activities will be difficult.
