noon akst Tuesday...

on difficult travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 1
to 3 inches are expected.

* Where... western Arctic coast.

* When... noon Monday to noon Tuesday. Winds and blowing snow
will increase Monday afternoon, with the poorest conditions
Monday night. Conditions are expected to improve Tuesday
afternoon.
