... Wind Advisory remains in effect until 3 PM PST Sunday...

* winds and timing... north to northeast winds 15 to 30 mph with
gusts to 45 mph are expected by this evening, then winds will
become northeast 20 to 35 mph with gusts to 50 mph by Sunday
morning. Winds will be strongest in eastern Ventura County and
the Santa Clarita valley as well as the Porter ranch area in
the northern San Fernando Valley Sunday morning.

* Impacts... gusty winds will make driving difficult, especially
for high profile vehicles across highways 5, 14, 118, 210 and
the 405.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

When driving, use extra caution. Be prepared for sudden gusty
cross winds.

Issued: 5:50 PM PST Dec. 16, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Red flag warning remains in effect from 9 PM this evening to
8 PM PST Sunday for gusty northeast winds and low relative
humidity for the foothills of the San Gabriel valley...

* winds... areas of northeast winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35
mph in the foothills.

* Relative humidity... humidities 15 to 25 percent tonight,
lowering to 10 to 15 percent on Sunday.

* Impacts... if fire ignition occurs, there will be the potential
for very rapid spread of wildfire, long range spotting, and
extreme fire behavior that could lead to a threat to life and
property. Use extreme caution with potential fire ignition
sources.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A red flag warning means that critical fire weather conditions
are expected. A combination of gusty winds... low relative
humidity... and warm temperatures can contribute to extreme fire
behavior. Use extreme caution when using potential fire ignition

Sunday for gusty northeast winds and low relative humidity for
the Ventura coast and Los Angeles coast from Malibu to Hollywood
Hills...

* winds... north to northeast winds are expected to increase this
evening peaking overnight into Sunday morning at 15 to 30 mph
with gusts 35 to 45 mph. Strongest winds across the Ventura
County coastal plain and Malibu to Hollywood Hills.

* Relative humidity... humidities 15 to 25 percent tonight,
lowering to 10 to 15 percent on Sunday.

* Impacts... if fire ignition occurs, there will be the potential
