Freezing rain expected Sunday.

Periods of freezing rain are expected to develop Sunday afternoon. Temperatures will slowly rise through the afternoon and evening which will change the freezing rain over to rain Sunday evening. 

Areas near the Ottawa Valley will likely take longer to rise above the freezing mark. These areas could see the freezing rain persist into Sunday night.
