Issued: 9:18 PM MST Dec. 4, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until noon MST Monday...

* timing... moderate to heavy snow is expected to continue tonight
over the mountains... lasting overnight into early Monday morning
before decreasing in intensity through the rest of the morning
hours.

* Storm total snowfall... 15 to 25 inches.

* Snowfall reports through 8 PM Sunday... 14 to 17 inches in the
Teton Range above 8000 feet. 5 to 11 inches in the southwest
portion of Yellowstone National Park.

* Wind and visibility... southwest wind 25 to 35 mph with gusts
45 mph will cause blowing and drifting snow... with visibility
limited to one quarter mile or less at times.

* Impacts... roads will be snow packed and slick with limited
visibility at times. People planning outdoor activities should
be prepared for adverse winter weather conditions and take the
proper precautions.
